We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with My Dream Home, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Account must not have been used for excessive or abusive activity
  • No more than 50 AI transformations have been generated

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free trial periods (no payment made)
  • Gift subscriptions (refunds must be requested by the gift purchaser)
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and may take additional time to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for accounts that have been used extensively but still qualify for some compensation. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
